Statement
Growing up in the five borough cauldron of New York City has shaped my ideas about space, community, equality and violence. As a citizen and an artist it is very important for me to keep these issues in balance; yet due to the nature of a big city these issues are in perpetual motion — shuffling, sorting, revealing, and sometimes disappearing.
